The Reservoir Fish Habitat Partnership is pleased to recognize Ben Page of the Pennsylvania Fish and Boat Commission for his outstanding contributions, leadership, and continued commitment to the Partnership and its mission of improving fish habitat in reservoirs throughout the United States.

Ben has played an important role in advancing the work of RFHP through his service as the Northeast Association of Fish and Wildlife Agencies (NEAFWA) representative on the RFHP Steering Committee. His involvement has extended well beyond committee participation, including representing the entire Partnership through formal presentations, contributing as an active working group member, and helping advance the Partnership's strategic initiatives.

Ben has also demonstrated a strong commitment to innovation and practical conservation by contributing new ideas and designs for fish habitat enhancement. His willingness to share technical knowledge, experience, and creative approaches has helped strengthen RFHP's ability to develop and implement effective reservoir habitat improvement projects.

His dedication, collaborative spirit, and commitment to improving reservoir fisheries have made him a valued member of the RFHP community.
