• 4:30pm - 7:30pm: Registration in the hotel lobby

Tuesday 9/22 – Workshop Field Trip

• 8:30am: Depart from hotel in large bus
• Box lunches, drinks, and snacks will be provided.
• 5:00pm: Return to hotel
• On your own night to check out downtown Idaho Falls
• A Manager’s Reception is held from 5:30–7:30 p.m. each evening for attendees staying at the hotel. This usually pizza, sandwiches, simple desert and is complementary to all hotel guests.

Wednesday 9/23 – Business Meeting & Technical Session

• 8:30am: Business Meeting (Detailed Presentation Agenda)
• 12:00pm: Lunch
• 1:00pm: Technical Session
• 4:30pm: Adjournment
• 5:30-6:45pm: Hospitality Room
• 7:00pm: Awards Banquet

Meeting Logistics

• Breakfast will be provided by the hotel for attendees staying at the hotel. Coffee and tea will be provided by the hotel.
• Registration table will be located at the back of the meeting room or in the hallway, if space permits.
• Coolers with drinks and snacks will be available in the meeting room throughout the remainder of the meeting.
