Hotel Block Reservations

Rates for October 16-19, 2025, have also been locked in at $125/night at the Holiday Inn Express & Suites in Athens, Texas. See below for details.

Room Reservation Method: All guests wanting to book within the block must call the hotel directly at 903-675-2500.  During the booking process they will be asked to place a card on the reservation. This card will not be charged until the day of arrival. Please also be mindful that any cancellations will have to be made by 6pm the day before arrival, if not the guest will be charged.

Room Payment Instructions:

Each guest will provide their own payment method at the time reservation is made.
