DESCRIPTION:The Reservoir Fisheries Habitat Partnership (RFHP) will be holding its 16th Annual Meeting September 21-24\, 2026\, in Idaho Falls. All meeting information is provided below. \n  \n\nAgenda\nMonday 9/21 – Travel Day\n\n4:30pm - 7:30pm: Registration in the hotel lobby\n\nTuesday 9/22 – Workshop Field Trip\n\n9:00am: Depart from hotel in large bus\nBox lunches\, drinks\, and snacks will be provided.\n5:00pm: Return to hotel\nOn your own night to check out downtown Idaho Falls\nA Manager’s Reception is held from 5:30–7:30 p.m. each evening for attendees staying at the hotel. This usually pizza\, sandwiches\, simple desert and is complementary to all hotel guests.\n\nWednesday 9/23 – Business Meeting & Technical Session\n\n8:30am: Business Meeting\n12:00pm: Lunch\n1:00pm: Technical Session\n4:30pm: Adjournment\n5:30-6:45pm: Hospitality Room\n7:00pm: Awards Banquet\n\nMeeting Logistics\n\nBreakfast will be provided by the hotel for attendees staying at the hotel. Coffee and tea will be provided by the hotel.\nRegistration table will be located at the back of the meeting room or in the hallway\, if space permits.\nCoolers with drinks and snacks will be available in the meeting room throughout the remainder of the meeting.\n\nThursday 9/24 – Technical Session\n\n8:30am-12:00pm: Technical Session\n12:00pm: Adjournment\n\n\nBriefing Book and Supporting Documents\n\nMeeting Minutes from 2025\nBriefing Book (coming soon)\n\n\nLocation and Lodging\nThe meeting will be held at the conference hotel. \nThe rate will be $179/night\, including breakfast and dinner.
